SAIS Trasporti fährt Busse nach Agrigento, Caltanissetta und Canicatti, aber auch nach Comiso in der Provinz Ragusa. Comiso hat einen eigenen Flughafen. Ein einfaches Ticket nach Comiso kostet 8,00 Euro, das Rückfahrtticket kostet 12,70 Euro. Der erste Service des Tages fährt montags bis freitags um 09:10 Uhr nach Comiso ab. Der letzte Service verlässt Comiso montags bis freitags um 18:20 Uhr. Dieser Service verbindet Vittoria, das Stadtzentrum von Comiso und den Flughafen Comiso mit Lentini, dem Flughafen Catania und der Stadt Catania.

About every 20 to 25 minutes there is an AMT Alibus leaving the airport. The bus stop for the urban service to Catania city is within a short distance of the terminal (depart the airport terminal and turn left beside the taxis to the end of the building). The first service leaves at 5.00 am, the last one at midnight. The service goes to Catania city centre and the train station, before returning to the airport. 

Several more bus stops are located near the terminals. Bus lines going out of town include A.S.T, a service that runs to cities and towns like Avola, Caltagirone, Carlentini, Grammichele, Ispica, Lentini, Mazzarrone, Mirabella Imbaccari, Modica, Noto, Palagonia, Piazza Armerina, Pozzallo, Rosolini, S. Michele di Ganzaria, Scicli and Sigonella.
