Interbus busser kjører fra Catania flyplass til Agira, Avola, Catenuova, Leonforte, Nicosia, Nissoria, Noto, Pachino, Portopalo, Priolo, Regalbuto og Siracusa (Syracuse). SAIS Trasporti kjører busser til Agrigento, Caltanissetta og Canicatti, men også til Comiso i Ragusa-provinsen. Comiso har sin egen flyplass. Enveisbillett til Comiso koster 8,00 euro, tur-retur billett koster 12,70 euro. Den første avgangen til Comiso er kl. 09.10 fra mandag til fredag. Siste avgang fra Comiso er kl. 18.20, mandag til fredag. Denne tjenesten forbinder Vittoria, Comiso sentrum og Comiso flyplass med Lentini, Catania flyplass og byen Catania.

6 Transitt-rute(r) til og fra Catania Airport

About every 20 to 25 minutes there is an AMT Alibus leaving the airport. The bus stop for the urban service to Catania city is within a short distance of the terminal (depart the airport terminal and turn left beside the taxis to the end of the building). The first service leaves at 5.00 am, the last one at midnight. The service goes to Catania city centre and the train station, before returning to the airport. 

Several more bus stops are located near the terminals. Bus lines going out of town include A.S.T, a service that runs to cities and towns like Avola, Caltagirone, Carlentini, Grammichele, Ispica, Lentini, Mazzarrone, Mirabella Imbaccari, Modica, Noto, Palagonia, Piazza Armerina, Pozzallo, Rosolini, S. Michele di Ganzaria, Scicli and Sigonella.
