Disabled Parking at Catania Airport ​

The P1, P2, P3, P5, and P6 car parks at Catania Airport have sufficient free reserved parking spaces for vehicles driven by disabled drivers. The appropriate disabled driver badge must be visibly displayed on cars.

Sending an email to supervisoriprm@sacservice.it or completing the following form at least 48 hours in advance will reserve the shuttle service that accompanies passengers with disabilities from the parking lots into the terminal building.

Furthermore, travelers with special needs can contact their airline, travel agency, or tour operator. Then, these people must inform the airport managers of their departure, arrival, and potential transit plans.

Short-Term Parking at Catania Airport

Short-term parking is available at the airport in several parking garages. Several parking garages offer short-term parking, including Parking Areas 1, 2, 3, and 5, which provide reasonably priced parking for up to two hours.

P1 has 97 parking spaces and is situated 50 meters from the Terminal A building and 270 meters from Terminal C.

P2 has 172 parking spaces and is situated 330 meters from Terminal C and 30 meters from the main Terminal A building.

P3 has 50 parking spaces and is situated 50 meters from Terminal C and 20 meters from the main Terminal A building.

P5 has 57 parking spaces and is situated 180 meters from the main Terminal A building and 20 meters from Terminal C.

If you are only dropping off or saying goodbye to a friend at the airport, you can choose one of these parking lots.

Making reservations is advised because airport parking is first come, first served.

Long-Term Parking at Catania Airport

Long-stay parking is the most affordable choice for visitors leaving their cars for more than five days.

P6 is the Catania Airport’s designated long-term parking area. There are 400 available spots. At Catania Airport, long-term parking is more accessible and practical. P6 has 422 parking spaces and is situated 200 meters from Terminal C and 70 meters from the main Terminal A building.

Please remember that reservations must be made online ahead of time because there of a limited number of openings, and it is strictly first come, first served.

Low-cost Parking at Catania Airport

The airport terminal also provides nearby low-cost, easily accessible parking lots close to the terminal and the standard parking options offered by the airport. These spots offer the lowest parking rates so that you can pick them up.

P4 offers inexpensive parking for stays longer than two hours. With 1851 parking spaces, it has multiple stories. Terminal A is 200 meters away, and Terminal C is 100 meters away.

At Catania Airport, there are numerous ways to pay for parking at the Catania Airport, significantly streamlining and practicalizing the service while encouraging increased airport traffic:

• The passenger must either have a ticket from the ticket machine at the entrance or a magnetic season pass to access the car parking spaces. The contract for how to use and occupy the parking space was created by paying for the ticket.
• Before picking up the car, pay at the automatic pay machines with cash, a credit card, or a debit card. The user can then ask for an invoice at the control station located at the P2 parking lot entrance.
• Parking lots must have accessible exits within 15 minutes of the entrance ticket being given out. If not, the user is required to pay the total amount for the parking space chosen. There are no motorcycles allowed in any of the parking lots.
• After making payment, the user has 10 minutes to leave or pay for an additional night in the chosen parking lot.
• The user will be fined €30.00 per day for parking a vehicle in a designated spot for longer than 12 hours.
• One vehicle may only be parked in each parking space. A fee equal to the number of rooms occupied must be paid by cars that fail to abide by the parking signage. Specific signage states that vehicles parked in forbidden and/or reserved areas will be moved.

• Via Asse Attrezzato di Catania/Via Giuseppe di Gregorio/Viale Cristoforo Fioravante is the quickest route to reach Catania Airport. To get to Viale delle Medaglie D'Oro, take Via Plebiscito. Go to Viale S. Teodoro via Asse Attrezzato di Catania, Via Giuseppe di Gregorio, or Viale Cristoforo Fioravante. Exit at Asse Attrezzato di Catania/Via Giuseppe di Gregorio/Viale Cristoforo Fioravante and head toward Inversione di Marcia/Viale Bummacaro/O. Re S. Giorgio. To get to the airport in Catania, continue on Viale Fontanarossa from Viale Castagnola/Viale Librino.
