Enkelbiljett till Comiso kostar 8,00 euro, tur- och returbiljett kostar 12,70 euro. Första avgången till Comiso är kl. 09.10 på vardagar. Sista avgången från Comiso är kl. 18.20 på vardagar. Denna tjänst förbinder Vittoria, Comisos stadskärna och Comiso flygplats med Lentini, Catania flygplats och staden Catania.

About every 20 to 25 minutes there is an AMT Alibus leaving the airport. The bus stop for the urban service to Catania city is within a short distance of the terminal (depart the airport terminal and turn left beside the taxis to the end of the building). The first service leaves at 5.00 am, the last one at midnight. The service goes to Catania city centre and the train station, before returning to the airport. 

Several more bus stops are located near the terminals. Bus lines going out of town include A.S.T, a service that runs to cities and towns like Avola, Caltagirone, Carlentini, Grammichele, Ispica, Lentini, Mazzarrone, Mirabella Imbaccari, Modica, Noto, Palagonia, Piazza Armerina, Pozzallo, Rosolini, S. Michele di Ganzaria, Scicli and Sigonella.
