WOW RENT Car Rental at Catania Airport

Upon your arrival at Catania Fontanarossa Airport, please remember to collect your luggage before heading to the car rental company of your choice. The many rental car companies at the airport are in different locations and WOW Rent’s office is located in a separate building 150 meters/492 ft. outside of the terminal. Exit the terminal and turn right. Before reaching the rental cars building take the street on the right hand side and after 5 minutes you’ll find the building next to the VIP Car Park.

Different car rental companies have different age restrictions for renting a car in Italy, but if they allow drivers under the age of 25 there is usually a daily young driver’s additional fee.

The law in Italy requires all passengers to wear a seat belt when in the car, and there are specific laws regarding how to seat your children depending on their age, height and weight. Please make sure you have the required seats or boosters and to seat them according to the requirements.

You are not allowed to speak on your mobile phone/cell phone when driving a car in Italy unless you are using hands free.
